Presenter's Guidelines
Authors should prepare their presentations as follows. Please double-check your presentation type and date/time in the programme. Note: Internet connection will be available throughout the conference area via WiFi network.
Oral Presentations
The presentation room is equipped with a PC projector with a D-sub15 analog display connector and with an audio system with a Stereo Mini-Jack connector. We will provide a PC equiped with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat Reader, hence you do not need to bring your own laptop PC for the presentation. In case you do, we recommend you to check if your PC works with the projector and the speakers prior to the presentation during breaks.

Each presentation is allotted 30 minutes including questions and answers. So, please prepare your presentation so that it concludes in less than 25 minutes, allowing 5 minutes for audience questions.
Poster Presentations
Poster and demo space is available from the morning of Wednesday, January 7 to the evening of Friday, January 9. Please prepare your poster/demo before the beginning of your Poster Session and remove it before the end of the same day (please check the programme to know when your session is).

Presenters should report to the session chair during the break before the session starts.

Each poster presentation is allocated to a core session; during this time (13:30-15:00 on Wed, 14:00-15:30 on Thu and Fri) the presenters are kindly asked to be ready in front of their poster for explanations.
Each poster and demo presentation is provided with a panel suitable for an A0 portrait poster (84 x 119 cm or 32.7 x 45.4 inches). We will provide material to put your poster on the panel.
Panels are not suitable for landscape posters bigger than A1 (84 x 60 cm) or for composite (made, for example, or multiple A4) posters: please contact us in advance if you have specific needs.
Demonstrations
By default, each demonstration is provided with a desk, a poster panel, and four French (Type E) power outlets. If you require special assitance or arrangements for your presentation, please contact us in advance.
